In accordance with the Grant Agreement concluded on 28.10.2024 between the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) and SE UKRVODSHLIAH (Grant Agreement), within the framework of the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project (Project), a Stakeholder Engagement and Dissemination Plan (Plan) shall be developed and approved by the Project Steering Committee. The “UkrRIS-Danube” Project shall be created taking into account the needs of the users of the RIS system on the Ukrainian section of the Danube, who are directly interested parties (stakeholders). Therefore, interaction with users is an important aspect for the further development of the Project in such a way that it actually meets the needs of users. In order to determine the relationship with stakeholders during the implementation of the Project, it is necessary to identify groups of these parties, analyze their needs and expectations, and communicate with them. Therefore, the Plan should identify the groups of stakeholders, methods and means of disseminating information during the Project implementation, means of communication, publicity requirements and specific organizational measures for the successful implementation of the Project. The Plan was developed by the Project Management Team and approved by all Steering Committee members on February 28-th, 2025. Information on the implementation of this task has been sent to CINEA.
