On December 30, 2024, by order of the State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH”, the Regulations on the Management Team of the “River Information Service on the Ukrainian Section of the Danube” Project (Project) were approved. These Regulations determine the procedure for work, organizational and procedural principles of the activities of the Project Management Team and experts of the Project Implementation Group for the purpose of effective implementation of the Project. The Project Management Team includes personal of the State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH” who are directly involved in the implementation of the Project. This Regulation defines the Project Management Team composition and main functions of the Project Coordinator and all Project implementation managers: administrative manager, technical manager, quality and risk manager, legal manager, economic manager, accounting and reporting manager, contractual manager, procurement manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Dissemination manager, information technology manager, as well as the procedure for holding meetings of the Project Management Team and the procedure for coordinating and approving on documents regarding the implementation of the Project stages.
