In accordance with the Grant Agreement concluded on 28.10.2024 between the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) and State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH” (Grant Agreement) within the framework of the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project (Project), a Steering Committee of the Project shall be established. The Steering Committee shall consist of designated representatives of all Project partners. The Project Management Team has developed and submitted to all partners for approval the Regulations on the Steering Committee of the Project. By 31-st of December, 2024, all members of the Steering Committee have provided information on the approval of the Regulations on the Steering Committee of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project. The Committee is a supervisory body that makes management decisions regarding the Project and approves the Project results; monitors and ensures the implementation of the Project in accordance with the provisions set out in the Grant Agreement and the Description of the action (DoA), which is an annex to this Agreement. The Regulation defines the Procedure for holding Committee meetings and the Procedure for approving the project implementation results with documentation in the relevant minutes. The Regulation on the Steering Committee of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project was approved by the minutes of 31.12.2024.
