In accordance with subparagraph 8 of paragraph 1 of section III of this Regulation, SE "UKRVODSHLIAH" ensures the publication on the RIS information website of the guiding documents of the European Union and the European Committee for the Development of Standards in the field of inland navigation (CESNI), relating to the functioning and development of RIS, for their use by users of RIS services. The RIS information website (https://ukrris.com.ua ) contains consolidated texts of EU documents with links and translation into Ukrainian: Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways in the Community, with Amendments that were adopted by the Directive (EU) 2025/2482 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 26.11.2025; Commission Regulation (EC) No 414/2007 of 13 March 2007 concerning the technical guidelines for the planning, implementation and operational use of river information services (RIS) referred to in Article 5 of Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways in the Community; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1744 of 17 September 2019 on technical specifications for electronic ship reporting in inland navigation and repealing Regulation (EU) No 164/2010; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/838 of 20 February 2019 on technical specifications for vessel tracking and tracing systems and repealing Regulation (EC) No 415/2007; Commission Regulation (EC) No 416/2007 concerning the technical specifications for Notices to Skippers as referred to in Article 5 of Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways in the Community (amended by the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/2032 of 20/11/2018 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 416/2007 as regards technical specifications for Notices to Skippers); Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 909/2013 of 10 September 2013 on the technical specifications for the electronic chart display and information system for inland navigation (Inland ECDIS) referred to in Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
