Holding a meeting of representatives of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project and the “RIS-COMEX2” project on the submission and exchange of information in the CEERIS system on April 14, 2025.

On April 14-th, 2025, the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLYAKH" organized and held "online" meeting of representatives of the "UkrRIS-Danube" project and the European project "RIS-COMEX2" on information submitting and exchange in the CEERIS (Central and Eastern European Electronic Reporting Information System) In the meeting took place representatives of the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLІAH" and the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company, as well as experts from the "RIS-COMEX2" project, VIADONAU, CESNI-TI (IT permanent working group of the European Committee for the Development of Standards in the Field of Inland Navigation). The meeting discussed in detail issues regarding practical procedures for submitting information to CEERIS; procedures and standards for electronic ship reports (ERI - Electronic Ship Reporting International); formation of Notices to Skippers (NtS) by organizational and technical ways, as well as a review of reporting requirements in Ukrainian Danube ports and inspections and control of vessels in Danube ports, and the possibility of integrating reporting in Danube seaports into the CEERIS system. The next joint meeting is scheduled on May, 9-th, 2025.
