Joint meeting of representatives of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project on issues of fulfilling data quality requirements during the implementation of the Project

On March 25-th, 2025, the State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH” organized and held a meeting of the participants of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project on data quality issues within the framework of the implementation of the Project Work package WP7 “RIS Deployment Enablers”. The participants of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project took part in the meeting: State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH”, State Enterprise “Ukraine Sea Ports Authority”, PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company” and the company “TECHNOLUTION B.V.” (Netherlands). Representatives of “TECHNOLUTION B.V.” and SE “UKRVODSHLIAH” made presentations reflecting European requirements for creating data for the RIS functioning, providing RIS Corridors Management services and ensuring the quality of information transmission. The above issues were actively discussed. As a result of the discussion, the following decisions were made: 1. Based on the results of the discussion, a draft data quality framework will be created. 2. To hold joint meeting at the beginning of April to discuss issues related to digital data exchange. 3. To additionally discuss issues related to the interaction of RIS and maritime VTS on the Ukrainian section of the Danube, as this section have a maritime character.
