River Information Service of Ukraine

The River Information Service collects, processes and provides navigational, hydrological, meteorological and transport information. Our services help skippers, operators, ports and public authorities make timely decisions and maintain safe and efficient vessel traffic.

RIS operates on Ukraine’s inland waterways, coordinates information exchange among navigation stakeholders and develops in line with Ukrainian and European requirements. Its organizational and legal framework is available in the Regulatory framework section.
